Name, phone number and email address are asked for because a technician cannot ring you back without them. The companies that touch a submission

The coverage map is a Google embed that stays dormant until you click it open, so on any page you do not click, Google sees nothing. Each of those handles what reaches it under its own published terms.

Traffic the host records without being asked

Ordinary web server logs exist here as they do everywhere: an IP address, a browser and its version, and the order pages loaded in. They are not joined up with an inquiry and they are not used to work out who you are.
